Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available for select locations)

Shipping times are calculated from the date your order ships, not from the date you place your order. Processing time for custom orders may take 3-5 business days before shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount; check our current promotions for details.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time (3-5 business days). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin when your order ships. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holiday seasons, remote or rural locations, or incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately; we may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Package Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to contact you within 30 days, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued minus any shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Provide photos of damaged items and packaging if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Check our website or contact us for specific holiday shipping deadlines and cut-off dates.
