Return Timeframe

Return Conditions

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The item was damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging on our part

In cases where we are responsible for the return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available
  5. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions using a trackable shipping method
  7. Retain your shipping receipt until the return is processed

Returns without a valid return authorization number may be delayed or refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items that have been used or installed
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear
  • Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale
  • Digital products or downloadable content

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships:

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us immediately
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned using the standard return process
  • Custom or personalized orders may not be cancellable once production has begun

If you cancel an order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are responsible for the return

If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on your bank's processing time.

If you paid by another method, refund processing times may vary. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe.
